Hotspot setting (turn on when charging)

Option for automatic wifi sharing when charging would be great.

Perhaps something like this could be implemented in ProfileMatic if/and when it is coming

i'm almost sure this can be done with dbus. watch for charging state - enable wifi hotspot. watch for transition to discharge state - disable wifi hotspot.

I don't see enough use cases or reasons to want this to happen always automatically in my device, so no thanks...I am ok to activate Hotspot manually.
