System equalizer for all apps [Sailfish OS / Android]

Hi everyone,
I'm a huge music fan and I think it would be great to add a System wide equalizer on sailfish OS. The actual quality is not that bad, but has no personality.
An in build equalizer yith the music app will be a first step, but i was thinking somethjing more like Viper4Android or the A.R.I.S.E project (http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/r-s-e-sound-systems-auditory-research-t3379709 ==> for music fans with an android phone, trust me, THIS.IS.HUGE!)
I don't know how to build this, but, it will be interessant to dispose that type of sys tweak.
There are other Music apps that contain a graphic equaliser, there is a free version called Flowplayer which can be found on Openrepos (Warehouse app); https://openrepos.net/content/cepiperez/flowplayer-0 (Your mileage may vary with this one, the author is often offline), or there is a free and paid for version called QuasarMX, built for Sailfish although it doesn't look or feel very, Sailfishy; https://www.meteorasoftworks.com/ - the Pro version contains all the fun bits a music fan might like to play with!
