Hi to all, lately when i am using the jolla c,it happens that suddenly the screen goes off, with the white led on..and the device doesnt seems to respond to anything. at that point if i long press the power button, sometimes the device reboots, while other times i need to disconnect the battery. then maybe it seems to work normally and then the same happens again just after having typed the pin.other times the home is normally loaded and i can keep use my device normally.what can i do? am i the only one? thanks

I haven't experienced this yet, but maybe it due to some apps you installed or custom configurations of system files? Have you tried a hard reset / factory reset?

thanks, could it be due to patches? apart for that havent done anything strange...factory reset is my last chance, i dont want to reinstall and configure all, backup option unfortunately sucks since is limited

Try unapplying all patches ;-) Which patches have you installed? Edit: I have also read somewhere that some patches cannot be unapplied completely: if problem persists, try removing/ uninstalling the patch as well

browser history swipes, go to date in calendar , upcoming events in cal cover, camera quick actions, hide recen contacts, enhanced email cover, zoom patch, always show group deletion at notification, don't freeze app on peek, extended volume control patch, faster pulley menu, launcher combined patch, no home carousel, notification dismiss, pulldown covers, remove black from remorse, restore swipe to lock, show album's art, switcher click hints launcher, ui rotate free, conversation backgroud avatar, message layout, documents swipe to remove, unapply patches on upgrade, remorse timeout control

:)

Wow, then i would say one of these (or the combination of some if these) causes the problem.
