Separate IM account view

It would be nice if there is a separated view for IM account. Now, I open the peoples app and I see on IM tab all my IM contacts like hangouts and skype.

I would see these contacts separated by accounts. For example one tab for work hangouts, one for private hangouts and one for skype IM contacts.

It will be better if I can set the ordering by name ascensing.
