"Show last name first" option improvements

In Hungary we are writing out names in {Family/last name} {First name format}. I know it is a bit weird, but we got used to it.

There is an option in the People app called "Show last name first" which is cool, because we could show the names in our preferred order in the People app in the contact lists: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4295670/jolla_name_order/Screenshot-16-10-01-21-34-00.png

But it would be preferred if the order of the inputs in the add/edit vie should be changed: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4295670/jolla_name_order/Screenshot-16-10-01-21-34-08.png

Also the order should be changed on the detailed view too: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4295670/jolla_name_order/Screenshot-16-10-01-21-34-03.png

Update: it seems that this feature is acceptable for many languages so it would be also beneficial if this option would be auto changed when the users selects a specific language.

This is also required for East Asian names, including Korean. However I want to also suggest adding "display name" field, as it will screw up if the list contains multiple names with different way to display.

Even in India we use <firstname> <family> and as peremen suggests while selecting regiin and language it should change.</family></firstname>

I have been able to patch the QML files, I will create a deployable patchset with Patchmanager, and then I will try to push it upstream.
