SMS arriving late after updating to Fiskarsinjoki [duplicate]

After updating to Fiskarsinjoki, SMS messages have been arriving late. Not sure whether this is caused by the moblie operator or the OS update or some other issue, but I'll report it here in case it has something to do with the Sailfish OS update (at least there is a timely correlation between the issue and the SFOS update to Fiskarsinjoki).

Settings: Jolla C. Fiskarsinjoki (2.0.4.13). DNA SIM card at slot 1. Installed apps: E-mail, Aptoide, Google Maps, Pokemon GO, Google Settings, Google Play, VR Mobile, Documents, Nordea Mobile Bank, Weather, AnkiDroid, Calendar, GPSInfo, Untappd, Calculator. Developer mode on. Google Play installed and Alien Dalvik root priviledges removed as described here: https://together.jolla.com/question/144858/how-to-pokemon-go-037-on-aqua-fish-and-likely-other-sailfish-devices/ (see my post at 19.9.2016). No other customization done.

Description of the problem: I updated to Fiskarsinjoki yesterday (8.10.2016) between 18:00 (6 PM) and 19:00 (7 PM). During that time an SMS and 2 multimedia messages were sent to me. I received the SMS today after 20:00 (8 PM) and haven't yet received the multimedia messages at all. Also one of my contacts sent me SMS today at 10:46 (10:46 AM) and 16:30 (4:30 PM). I received them both today between 22:00 (10 PM) and 23:00 (11 PM). All the reveived messages show the original dispatch time as the time of the arrival in the SMS app. However they are shown in the in the order of the true arrival times (for example the SMS sent at 10:46 is shown below the one sent at 16:30 in the list, since I received it a few minutes later).

This was also the case with 2.0.2 for me. Unfortunately not only late, 1-2 days, but also no delivery at all and double delivery including empty ones. See other threads about this and sending problems.

on OPX, 2.0.4, too. Reboot help.
