You can install Patchmanager 2.0 from warehouse (https://openrepos.net/content/coderus/patchmanager-20), and use applocker patch

No but u can Hide your app by editing its Desktop file.
(may be u can find somewhere else how to do that)
To open that hidden app just browse to the desktop file in file browser
(which u should copy to some convenient place)
and just open it. it will launch the app.
