I have an android app installed from Jolla store but updated from Google Play. But Jolla store insists on update. But I already have the latest version! How can I ignore updates from Jolla store?

Same issue may exist between Aptoid store and Google play store, the only OS that's free of this issue is iOS. I think Alien-Dalvik, could in the future include a module that checks on installed version and gives the user an option not to install it and why.

Uninstall it from Jolla Store and then install from Play Store.

Do I need to do it for every app which I update from other sources (like openrepos)?

You need to do this for android apps only.

Well. The solution appeared to be very easy. I initiated update from Jolla Store, got an error and now I don't have that annoying notification.
