Share open Wifi connection from GUI

At the minute the 'Internet sharing' option forces you to enter a pre-shared key, but there should really be a way to create an AP with no password.

Back in the day I used to travel on some trains with no wifi or very bad wifi and if I had spare mobile data I would let other people use it up.
