Unable to install groff on 2.0.4.14

Hello all,
I have tried to install patchmanager on my Jolla, but it failed to install the groff dependency with the following error:
[nemo@Sailfish ~]$ pkcon install groff

I have been able to install other dependencies for e.g. gdbm without any problem. Did I missed something, or this package is missing from the new release?
My device (SFOS 2.0.4.14)
pkcon search name groffgives;Installed groff-1.18.1.4-1.1.17.armv7hl
Available groff-1.18.1.4-1.1.17.source
