will 2.0.4.x come for INTEX AQUA FISH ?

Just ask me, Whether for the intex still update will come?

Had intex attributed to update policy. No Answer, as always. A spare battery does not want to supply either dealer or intex.

The dealer in India says that the intex are currently "out of stock". If Still devices are offered, ... is rather questionable. He knows nothing and intex is silent.

A tragedy game with Jolla and consortia.

From? Intex has now buried the Jolla story or the project continues Led Does anyone know what more?

This whole Jolla policy goes to me on the sack .... will probably too A Blaxxxxxxx again?

@jovirkku: Being tested by Jolla or Intex?

The instructions here helped me to update my Aqua Fish to 2.0.4.14: https://together.jolla.com/question/149477/not-able-to-upgrate-to-204-alias-fiskarsinjoki-from-intex-aqua-fish/ However, I get the message now that an update to 2.0.2.51 is available.

I think it's better to do that instead: https://together.jolla.com/question/148893/how-to-make-aqua-fish-to-think-its-jolla-c-not-modem/

@Sthocs, why do you think this is better? Do you know the pros and cons? Would be interesting.

@SagaciousT: Your method installs the new packages from 2.0.4, which are not yet fully tested for their compatibility with all the Intex-specific configuration and applications, as jovirkku stated above. This may work fine, but may also cause problems and errors. The way that is described in the link from Sthocs replaces all Intex-specific applications with the native one from Jolla. So you do not only get rid of the special intex applications like Ganaa, this strange SMS activation service and other dubious things, you can also be sure that you receive Updates as soon as they are available (and fully tested) for the Jolla C.

Interesting. Maybe I'll try this method, too. Shouldn't be a problem upon now. No one has reported bricked phones so far.

There are different possibilities for this "conversion", the one described in the link above where you use a script that handles all installing and removing for you. I did all by hand (adding the customer-jolla repository and then removing every intex-package and replacing it with the jolla one as described here: https://together.jolla.com/question/139540/how-to-removing-intex-content-from-aqua-fish/ ) and did not encounter any problems regarding the that. Also, I received the official update when it was released a few days ago and, furthermore, could join the "Early Access" group. I highly recommend switching to the vanilla jolla packages if you do not depend on the intex applications or want to use them.
