Stange notification causing android app to pause

Hi all my intex aqua fish keeps on showing some strange notification (that does not contain anything) it comes in the form of small i in a blue cirle at top left corner of the screen and the immediatly dissapears. this is very annoying because it pauses my android apps... what to do
