India- Jio -4G (Data only not voice call) working

I would suggest that you also mention whether you live in the city, or in the country. The 800MHz band is used in the country due to its range, while the 2100MHz frequencies are used in the cities - at least in germany (Vodafone DE & O² DE)

breiti_oi ( 2016-11-12 18:39:37 +0300 )edit

Iran - Irancell & Rightell fully working (4G)

soheilbalini ( 2016-11-13 21:17:34 +0300 )edit

@breiti_oi: to be precise, in Germany 800MHz, 1800MHz and 2600Mhz are used for 4G, and 2100Mhz is used for 3G. That makes me wonder if the list does give a false picture, because for my understanding the provides listed here (at least the German ones) should only work partially (that is on 1800MHz 4G), as the Aqua fish only supports 850 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2300 MHz according to the specs

@till thats why i´m wondering to... but i can´t verify it by using a intex aquafish (don´t have one)

We must be "prudent" with the Intex in France and i'm not sure that the Intex is OK on all the country France.

mips_tux ( 2017-01-23 12:34:23 +0300 )edit

This website is not up to date. All of the providers in France have 4G in 1800 MHz band.

But, it is normally the band for 2G protocol, so, it is only possible to use the 4G capability in France in big cities for the moment.

It seems that Telia (ex.Sonera) in Finland does NOT work in 4G - dunno why - the SIM works 4G fine in Jolla1 but not in Intex AquaFish (which is converted to Jolla C using the conversio guide)

edit flag offensive delete publish link more

Comments

I told you why. Because AquaFish has different antenna than Jolla C. It's incompatible with Sonera/Telia LTE infrastructure.
