Hi all,

Does anyone know of a way to export contacts via SSH? The phone's screen is smashed so obviously I can't use the gui, however the 'phone still works and I can SSH in just fine.

On Ubuntu actually. That worked perfectly, thanks!

@Antti Branninen

Here's how I'd do it........first off, download WinSCP on your PC and install it (I'm assuming you are using Windows)

Connect your device to your PC and login to terminal and type this;

invoker --type=generic /usr/bin/vcardconverter -e /home/nemo/Documents/contacts.vcf - this will export contacts to a file in Documents called contacts.vcf

Now login to your device via WinSCP(you can be logged into the device with ssh and winscp at the same time) find the exported .vcf file and drag/drop it to your PC.

There is probably a more fancy way of doing this in terminal , but this should yield the desired result.
