I have noticed that not always but often on websites with text input fields, single line, middle or end of web page, the keyboard will cover actual text field on selecting inside the field to enter text.

illustrate in landscape

should look like this scrolled up

In this case i can just scroll around to make it visible but not every input form lets you scroll up more meaning the text field is locked amd hidden permanently until you minimize the keyboard.

I agree this is annoying. Tap somewhere outside the text space to then select the field you want, then write and repeat to check spelling. Also turning your phone diagonally sometimes helps.

@fstrahlm i think a programmatic browser fix if the page at current zoom cannot scroll further up would be to automatically zoom out until entry appears above keyboard until after text entry upon which normal zoom level is established.

you can't always zoom out and the pages you can't zoom out on are the ones you can't scroll on either aka the pages where you would see this problem
