Hello,

After I did a factory reset for my Jolla1 that was already running SailfishOS 2.0 it turned back to version 1.0.0.5. The problem is that this version cannot be updated to any newer version. The screen "Settings" => "About this product" shows version 1.0.0.5 and after activating the pull-down "Check for updates" it says "Up to date".

I cannot install any application from the store either, it says "Problem with store, error installing package [packagename]". As a result, I cannot activate developer mode and check in CLI what could be wrong. I have setup my current Jolla account properly.

The only thing that works is boot in recovery mode, mount the root fs, chroot to it, and get a working internet connection with the connected host as default gateway in router mode. But in the chroot my options are very limited, pkcon doesn't seem to work for example. I can however install rpm packages with the rpm command.

Any suggestions how to get this Jolla back to the newest Sailfish version and have a working Jolla store?

Hi, thank you, that did the trick, after a new factory reset I could finally upgrade to the latest version.
