Jio4GVoice app not detecting Jio sim in intex aqua fish anyone have solution of this problem? [duplicate]

Hi,
I have intex aqua fish with Fiskarsinjoki update. I am using Jio sim in it but only data is working and for calling purpose Jio has provided a app called Jio4GVoice. I have installed Jio4GVoice app in it, its opening but the problem is that the app is not detecting Jio sim in Intex aqua fish, It is saying that please insert Jio sim but I have already inserted Jio sim in it but it is still saying insert Jio sim. I have cleared cache, data and also allowed background services but still it isn't working. I think it doesn't have permission to detect sim network. Please if anyone has solution please let me know.
