I reckon you put in a new large-capacity SD-card? It probably is formatted as exFAT, as is specified in the SDXC-standard of those cards. However, exFAT is a patented file system (Microsoft), so Jolla would have to pay to be allowed to include it. That's why Jolla doesn't claim the device is SDXC-compatible, but merely SDHC.
Fortunately, Jolla didn't pay, so the money saved could be used for something that actually worthwhile. You can however still use the card without problems. Simply format it as EXT4 using the pull-down menu, which is a free and libre file system, and is better than exFAT. Such formatted card can then also be used with Android and every Linux device.
What device are you using? On my Jolla1, there is no system storage, only "mass memory" (btfs) and "Memory card" (ext4 in my case). AFAIK, Jolla1 is the only Sailfish device which uses btrfs and this layout. I guess other devices have different layout,

So the error tries to tell you that you have to format your SD card into a supported format (e.g. FAT)... :D
Which filesystem do you use on your SD card so that you get this warning?
Alex ( 2016-12-10 15:45:13 +0300 )editthe sd card is (fat) ok, always was. The problem is with the "middle circle".
