I'm extremely disappointed that still there is no marking or sharing option in File Browser app. The in-built Storage app does not have Cut and Mark options. Do you guys really think that nobody needs these options ? i mean what is going on? it's almost 2017 !!

There is always other native apps you can use as FileCase from Warehouse... I mean why spend limited resources to such a thing if there is already well working alternative(s)...
Sorry, but @Rajuaa00 is not totally wrong: ok, apps that work well.. but.. there are many many many basic features that are missing, and.. Why do I need to use an additional app (so used space and sources) for basic features that are to be included in the OS?

File Browser is just a third party application, you can address your concerns to the developer.
