native browser crash directly by launching it [released]
Hello all,
since i made my experiment by loading a lot's of huge data with the native browser until the UI crash with the oomk.
I can't start the native browser any more.
Every time by starting it crash down without to see anything in cover.
I don't know what happened if the oomk shut it down because of too much rest cache?
Is there something broken after my action?
Does any one know how is it possible to delete the browser cache?
I've seen nothing in dedicated app option or in sfos.
Delete official web-Browser is to see here
Seems that restart the gui (i think lipstick) or the phone, solve the problem.
But that's not a great solution i think.
Next time i'll try the option to delete the cache of the browser, first (shortly discover where it is...).
If someone is interested about the way how i met the issue, then the procedure could be seen here.
But i'm not sure if this procedure where the oomk kills the browser by downloading big data without limit, is reproducible at each times...
Thank you very much for helping.
Cheers
Could you take logs and post them here to help Jolla fix it? I do not know how to take logs.
I had situation where my browser kept crashing in the start up. I restarted phone. Browser crashed once and then it worked again.

alloj ( 2016-12-13 13:36:56 +0200 )editoh damned !!! i didn't do it indeed, now i restart the gui and it works.
cemoi71 ( 2016-12-13 13:41:14 +0200 )editbut i don't know what's happened. now i left the critical state...
I let this thread open, and try to retrieve the issue when i'll have time for it.
I'm just surprised that there is no possibility for each browsers to make the website cache empty.
They do have one cache right?
