Hi,

I would love to see some pictures taken with sailfish and one plus one / X!

Or maybe please just describe, if picture quality is good and camera is reacting fast. Is it comparable to the quality under android?

Till two weeks ago I was used to have an Nokia N8 with me, which had good picture/video quality and recorded sound in a acceptable way. Now I own a intex aqua fish, which is a nice phone and I love the most things I can do now with it. With sailfish a dream came true for me ;-)

But the camera of the Aqua Fish is poor quality. Video recording is a joke (slow till not working autofocus) and the only thing this camera is maybe good for, is for take a snap of a document.

I would love to have sailfish on good hardware and also don't need alien dalvik. Aqua Fish is good for the price, but a highend smarphone with sailfish, which would work like aqua fish, but with much more performance/quality hardware, would be the ultimate dream :D

I have the Oneplus X port running as daily driver and I'm happy with it. Camera is responsive and makes nice pictures in 4K.

Many thanks for this! Quality is much better then with aqua fish, especially colours. Maybe there could be a little bit more sharpness and this is also autofocus related?

How is video recording in your experience? On aqua fish it feels like no image stabilization is avalaible and so its not possible to move the camera while recording.

I made sharper pictures in the past then this one withe Oneplus X port. Video is also OK, I could move it. But I'm not an expert in this case.

Well, I am on OnePlus One. Pictures are good. However, I face issues with video record and play.

THX for your answers @Dylan Van Assche and @siddug. Does this problem with video on oneplus one mean, that quality of videos is bad or is it a more app related issue? Stuttering of videos?

The poor camera on aqua fish bothers me nearly every day. Would say, also the most of the cheap android phones out there make better pictures. So I really need a better camera with a sailfishphone, but it need to work as good as aquafish / Jolla C, to use it in a productive way.

Do you use your oneplus phones as only devices or is it more a thing to play with for you?
