buttons on last row inactive

I'm using Jolla 2.0.5.6 version and today I had noticed that I can't click on the last row in my phone app (Call btn), messages app (?123 etc.) and email app(?123 etc.). When I change the orientation in messages and email app, I then can click on them, but can't click on buttons on my right(letter p, for example).

However, when I invoke the app grid, I can invoke the applications that are on the last row (the apps start).

I don't know if that makes any sense to you guys

thanx, dodol

Go to the dialer, enter a phone number, dial *#*#310#*#*. This will launch the CSD tool. Perform the Surround touch test and check if it passes or fails. By the way, what is your device?

Dial the number I typed above and run CSD, then run the Surround touch test. This will exclude (or maybe confirm) touch panel failure.

Sorry, managed to invoke CSD tool. Anyway, sorround touch test doesn't pass. The last row and bottom left and right boxes are not green

Sorry but this looks like a hardware failure. This could be a connector issue, or the touch panel that got damaged. I don't know if Jolla or anyone else can fix it.

The same story with me. Less then year ago yellow spot appeared on the left side of screen. And two weeks ago screen bottom line become inactive. CSD tool reports that sreen tests are both failed and last row inactive. Today made factory reset. Nothing changes. Definitly it's hardware problem. Seems that we should say fareway to our Jolla, because the cost of screen repair in Russia is almost comparable with the purchase of a new phone. 18 months from buying till now... Pity. It was my favorite gadget since Nokia N8.

I'm the same aswell, got the phone replaced by Jolla the last time it happened - not so confident they'll fix it this time.
