Full keyboard support for USSD?

Can we enable full keyboard to input letters and symbol? Thanks in advance.

Because I need to enter text in banking services here in India. Sending money using bank account require to enter alpha numeric IFSC code.

Installing new keyboard does not reflects in USSD. It always shows only numerics.
