we've got problems with our Sailfish Intex phone: calls regularly go on hold or random numbers are dialled during calls. very annoying, renders the phone nearly useless. do people have similar experiences? any solutions? thanks!

make sure your sensor is working properly. because that turns the screen off when blocked (normally when we hold our phone to our ear) and prevents all the mishaps that you mentioned in your question. and if there is no problem with the sonsor then just use carefully. to put a call on hold you have to drag downwards and to dial a number you've to click on the keypad icon. pay attention that it never happens. just don't bring the phone in front of your face while attending a call.

You're right. Seems to be very dependent on how you hold it to your ear. We have to take care of this. Thanks!
