Bug: Contact entries unlink

I spent several hours linking all my contact entries. However, after few phone crashes and errors on google log in (somehow lost my log in data and I had to enter my e-mail and password once again) all my linked contact entries are once again unlinked.

I do not want to spend once again several hours linking all my contacts and later finding ut that the work done was useless. Therefore, we need a proper solution that stays in place even if there is some sort of crash in the phone or if there are temporary problems with Google or Facebook accounts.

I also had to enter my login information again a few days ago. I just checked my contacts and I also have them unlinked.

Every time that I restart the phone happens to me. I have exchange account with sync of contacts and calendar, and seems to re-sync all contacts every day I restart the phone. So for a while I have contacts with incomplete details, but after a while, all the details are back again, but of course unlinked.

I found out also, that contact app, treat the facebook names in a wrong way. For example, I have many friends that have two surenames, and the contact app gets as primary surname, the second one. As it treats it in a wrong way, because the primary surename usually is the first one (except for Brazil as far as I know). This forces the user to link contact entries manually. Those entries manually linked, are the ones that at every phone restart appear unlinked. And match with the ones that on facebook have two surnames.

Yesterday I tested if sync contacts from google configuring google account instead of doing so with exchange, and did not unlink any of the contacts. I think is a kind of bug of the exchange thing.
