Phone stuck in 2G intex aquafish.

Phone stuck on 2G, tried manual network select, tried 2G, 3G, 4G IN SIM slot 1 or 2 no luck.
Did utilities network reboot, no luck, phone reboot, no luck. Permanently stuck in 2G never switches to 3G or 4G in any circumstance.
Logs attached here. Any help appreciated, same issue in 2.0.5.6 and 2.1.0.9 US with T-Mobile data only SIM no VOICE or SMS.
Used to work mid December 2016 but as of early January 2017 doenst switch any longer.
