2.1.0.9 App tray won't scroll past first screen

Following the upgrade to 2.1.0.9 it is now impossible to see all Apps installed. When you push up from home the first screen of 24 Apps (4x6) appears but it is impossible to scroll up further to see all of the other apps I have installed. (Normally six or seven screen's worth).
I'm guessing that this might be something to do with how the new version of QT handles folders. I have a number of folders set up but none of the 24 visible icons is a folder just a native App.
I'm using a Jolla 1.
