can't turn off alarms on latest 2.1 ea update [duplicate]

as the title says everytime a time alarm is ringing there is no way to turn it off...when i swype from the lower side simply nothing happen and i can only lock the device with the hardware button till the alarm ring again...the only way to turn the alarm off is to open the clock app and deactivate the alarm in question...i am the only one experiencing this?

no, this is already reported in 2109-alarmtimer-cannot-be-dismissed-via-pull-up/
