[Bug] [Bluetooth] [Car] Phonebook and/or History sync with car do not work anymore since v2.1.0

Can you elaborate that more? Are new/edited/deleted contacts not modified, or are they all lost? On my Jolla1 everything seems to work fine, I even did successfull inital pairing/sync some days ago.
btw. mention your manufacturer/car-model ;)

The phonebook is completely gone. And incoming calls just show up as "unknown caller".

i should add that my problem occurs with bluez 4. no phonebook is transferred at all.

I have no such problem with my Opel Astra when using bluez 4

What profile does the Astra use? Sap? Pbap?

Turned on ck3100 kit while logging with journalctl - I don't have an older version as I upgraded both my Jolla devices.

AT command parser issues?

These "badly formated command" log messages also appear here, specifically the command used for reading the device's battery status. SF 2.1.0.9 w/ bluez4 and car kit.

When I connect to my CK3100 (bluez4) i get:

JP1301 Here that also fails Phonebook.

Battery status has failed for a number of updates.

Just to report that 2.1.0.10 still doesnt work

Audi A4 with KUFATEC/FISCON still works normally.

GM Navi 600/900 on Version 208 (was the same with the first release of the navi firmware): doesn't sync with Jolla C 2.1.0.10 or 2.1.0.11

same problem with citroen c4 2014 model. Stopped working after upgrade to iljoki.

I have also a problem with phonebook sync (Toyota Touch 1@ 2013 Auris). The automatic phonebook sync does not work after update to SFOS 2.1.

Recoupled the phone (Jolla 1) with the car multimedia system, now i can do a manual phonebook synchronisation with a command button at the car system. This works. But if the phone disconnects and reconnects to the car, I must sync manually again.

Same issue here since upgraded to Iijoki. Car kit: Garmin Nüvi, accepted profiles SPP, HFP, DID

Very odd: both phonebook and call history started to work yesterday. Both were dysfunctional since 2.1.0.9. I'll have an eye on that. Can't imagine what is happening there.

So I am sorry I am out of this. This annoyed me now too much. I bought an iPhone and everything just works now. Sorry, Jolla I cannot wait for ever to make basic functionality to work again.

I am really sad because of this. Because I was a "First one" but now that it annoys me too much, that working features break and nobody fixes them in a timely manner. I need to find a solution for it.

@Sailor Sadly, I've just done the same.. I'm bored of these stupid basic bugs.. I did so much, I tried, but.. No one in Jolla hears.. I'm leaving Jolla1 and the Community..
