Calling problems after 2.1.0.9 update

Hello folks, I have a serious problem with calling. In some cases, people can't hear me, or very badly, or almost silently. In most cases, my calls get cancelled after some seconds. I can hardly call anyone. Also, people can't reach me because my Jolla does't receive calls. I just receive SMS messages about missed calls first. It looks like I had a very bad signal but if I look at the indicator, it looks good. Or, to be precise, sometimes. Sometimes even the signal indicator gets low and after a restart, it gets suddenly good. Now I have to use a backup phone to be able to call people. It's indeed related to the latest release (2.1.0.9). Before the update, I had to do a factory reset; it might also influence the behaviour a bit.
Any clues what could I do with this problem? I have no idea where to start.
Yesterday, I made a successfull call. So the behaviour is merely random. I wish it worked from now on but I fear it's only a pious wish.

another issue that i have: i do not receive sms'ses

BonoNL ( 2017-03-09 12:30:27 +0300 )editDuring and by late February, my Jolla C device made strange click sounds from time to time; then, early March, GSM problems became untolerable: I could do outgoing calls (but didn't hear the correspondent answering) or SMS messages (but not receiving replies). So I switched back to my Jolla 1 in the meantime, hopimg that the Zendesk finds a remedy (maybe a repair at my costs).
