Guys, there are other question about the same topic, I know. But, i want my answer differently, ie. How to unlock device through ssh?, When I used the phone last time, i left it connected to my ubuntu(linux) pc's wifi. My developer mode is on too. Is there anyway, i could connect to my phone via ssh and remove the password required to unlock my device. Plz help me fast!!!!!!!

No, if you have forgotten your lock code, you are screwed, you will need to get in touch with Jolla Care for reflashing.

I'm assuming you are using a Jolla1 - I say that, as you have no tags added to your question, like OS version, device type, etc.

As far as I am aware, there are no options within recovery to help you bypass/wipe/recall your lock code, you can only use recovery mode IF you know your lock code.

Good luck, I would like to know as well, but we aren't going to find out. Once again, you are screwed, you will need to send the phone to Jolla to be reflashed <-----this is the only way around a lost passcode/lockcode/keycode call it what you will.

If we knew where it was stored/hidden, it would be very secure now, would it?

I've given you the only possible answer, there are plenty of guys here that know a damn site more than I do - do you see anyone else correcting me?, no you don't.

AS originally STATED - SEND IT BACK TO JOLLA - WE, THE PEOPLE CANNOT HELP YOU. IF you have forgotten your CODE, then that is it, you are SCREWED/F*CKED/KAPUT/FINI/ETC.
