CTRL+DEL shortcut in Community Pootle discards changes

Hello,

I have a minor but annoying problem with the community translation site (Pootle).

I often use the Shortcut CTRL+DEL to delete the word behind the cursor. Unfortunately Pootle uses that shortcut to discard all changes made in the current string and switches to the next string. You then have to return to the string and do all changes again.

Can this behavior be changed?
