updating jolla c/ aqua fish offline

To port Sailfish we need CM rom and sailfish zip file. I guess same process is used for jolla c and aqua fish also. I have two problems- 1)Absence of proper internet connectivity. 2) Reseting device forces back to default sailfish version shipped with phone.
My question are- 1) which CM build is being used for jolla c? in my opinion it is OBI worldphone MV1. 2) Is there a way to use same process being used in case of ported devices? 3) Is sailfish build provide in zip form are generic for all devices?
