Browser randomly uses Baidu instead of Google
I have Google set as defaul search engine. Still, sometimes when I search something with the browser (type a word in the address bar) I end up in Baidu's web page. This is kind of rare but still happens randomly. I have Jolla C with Sailfish 2.1.0.11. Not the most important bug to fix, but strange still.
That's really weird. Maybe you should take tcpdump?

haistamiini ( 2017-04-07 14:18:28 +0200 )editI experienced the same bug already in 2.0.4.13: https://together.jolla.com/question/147537/bug20413-default-search-engine-in-browser-changed-after-update/ Do you have the " Search engines for Sailfish Browser" (https://openrepos.net/content/coderus/search-engines-sailfish-browser) installed?
stronger12 ( 2017-04-07 14:23:35 +0200 )editthought i'd be the only one :D same here! ... sailfish-browser-searchengines is installed in my case strange there is an update available in warehouse but i can't upgrade it. says "dep-resolution-failed" "There is no update candidate for sailfish-browser-searchengines-0.0.10-1.noarch
uninstall and fresh install solved the upgrade problem...
