Hi,

I've been a windows phone user since 2012 but with the lack of quality new hardware over the last couple of years I'm interested in trying a new OS. I'm not interested in Android or iOS but Sailfish has caught my interest. I want to get a Sony XZ and use the open devices program to swap Android for Sailfish. Can someone at Jolla provide an update on when I will be able to do this? I'm very excited about the XZ premium. Will Sailfish be optimized to take full advantage of the phone's camera?

Thanks!

Hi, welcome to TJC :) You'll find many answers in this thread: https://together.jolla.com/question/157639/jolla-sony-xperia-qa/ and also here http://telegra.ph/QA-regarding-Sailfish-OS-on-Sony-Xperia-devices-03-28

You can also use the provided search bar to find already existing topics. At this time only Sailfish OS support for the Xperia X is announced. Additional Sony Open Devices might be supported in the future.
