Viewranger: no notifications sound

Hello:

As as it is said in the forum, I installed Zedge to download some notification tones, but in Viewranger (android app for GPS navigation for hiking), the alarms appear in screen but without sound. I'm using the same download tone that in Whatsapp, and here the sound is ok.

Maybe a Viewranger user can help me.
