Is there any custom recovery which can be used without PC?
I don't have computer with me. I faced recovery situation when I accidently deleted qt related files. I had to borrow laptop to recover my device.
Is there any custom recovery available/possible which can be used to recover only through device?
I doubt it very much. I've been playing with phones for 20 or more years, once the phone reaches a state of 'bricked' or the like, you need a host to talk to it and get it running again. i think the answer here is a resounding 'no'.
I'm also happy to be proven wrong.

Preparing windows device for connecting is not very interesting thing to do. And thanks for other option but for this also require special kind of cable or connector.

Now, the recovery firmware is in partition /dev/mmcblk0p21 Seems to be some standard Android format (boot block, linux image+embed ramdisk).
In theory, that means you could try to modify/replace that one with something that better suits your needs. (Adapt one of the "ClockwordMod" which uses a graphical menu instead of one over Telnet ?)
Also note that you phone keeps an original copy of its system as a btrfs snapshot called "factory-@". Factory-resetting the phone is about simply overwriting the "@" subvolume with a new snapshot of "factory-@".
