unable to sync carddav (nextcloud)

Hi,
I'm unable to sync my contacts on my JollaC. My calendar is synced, but not my contacts. What can I do ?

i have the same issue, cantact download works, contact edit and upload works too. But creating new contacts and upload them fails.
Calender sync runs in every combination ( create upload edit entries on server or mabile, sync in both direction etc. )

This is how it worked on my nextcloud/owncloud server:
I did the job very well on 2.1.1.26 and I could choose between my 3 Calendars from the server.

nIQnutn ( 2017-05-14 00:33:48 +0300 )editFor my cal/cardDAV account, I have only filled in the server address field with https://nextcloud.example.com/remote.php/dav/. That has worked well for both contact and calendar sync.

Also, although I'm not sure it's still relevant, but SailfishOS could only use separate accounts for CalDav and CardDav. If you used single account and activated both Cal and CardDav there, only one would work.
Fenuks ( 2017-05-14 11:05:40 +0300 )editI had a single ownCloud account for CardDAV and CalDAV and it worked. I also tried to create only cardDAV but same result. I don't see any errors when I created the account.
I'll backup my data and reset my phone if it helps.
nIQnutn ( 2017-05-14 11:59:10 +0300 )editYou might have a problem similar to what I had: https://together.jolla.com/question/161068/contact-failed-detail-constraints/ Check if you have contacts with many constituents, CardDav might be multiplying them and not going any further.
