N9 uses .DEB files, Sailfish uses .RPM files, two different package types. The application would need to be ported to Sailfish from Debian.
So, no, not possible.
Not possible directly as it is in N9, unless will be ported to Sailfish and in .RPM. As it is closed source as I remember I doubt Nokia would involve itself in porting nor allow sb else to do it. Hence in the real world ATM I see no way for common user to obtain it. But you know there are miracles... from time to time however...

Sailfish requires either .RPM package or Android package .APK - ANY other package will require porting and if no one is interested, especially developers, it won't happen.
If you are not happy with the standard Jolla mediaplayer, I suggest perhaps to take a look as Quasar MX, there is a free lite version or for a few pounds/dollars/rupees, you can have the FULL version.
It has all kinds of options including a graphic equaliser, filters, lyric fetching, etc. https://www.meteorasoftworks.com/
