[Jolla store] add possibility to edit/remove comments for apps

I think simply enabling users to edit their comments would greatly improve the store experience; Now people need to send multiple comments to fix typos or continue message which was sent accidentally while typing.

i don't think that remove comments is good because some apps can be bad

Of course users should only be able to edit/remove their own comments.

Well editing comments is possible by now, so removing comments is still missing?!
