I noticed that with rotate lock ON, the screen still rotates especially when the Intex Aquafush phone hasnt been unlocked.

To test:

  1. press power button once, screen should now be off,
  2. press power button again to power up screen/lockscreen
  3. rotate your device 180 degree
What it should be doing is similar to what Apple OS iphone screen rotate lock logic does- No Rotate under any conditions, pre or post phone unlock.
Recommendation: Do NOT rotate screen when screen rotate lock is active, whether the phone is locked or unlocked, the screen is on or off.

Does anybody experience that on Jolla 1, Jolla C, Jolla Tablet?

do you have free rotate patch installed? :D

imho sailfish os interface is not designed to rotate 180 degree, so you seems to be using some 3rd party solutions.

Edit: Never mind, I found where they are stored

Original comment: I've never noticed icons in the list of patches before. How does that happen?, rather, how do I include an icon in my patches?

In Finnish the choises in settings~display~orientation are vertical, horizontal, and dynamic. 'No rotation' or 'Locked' are not available. Perhaps there should be. I have Jolla 1, and choosing vertical makes the orientation to use 180 degree steps.
