If I get a chat message in Whatsapp, I am hearing no sound, when the message arrives. Whatsapp is open and in "androidnotificationpriorities" the app is on the whitelist on the second place. I do not know what to do, to hear a sound!
In the settings of the app I also could not set a sound for notifications!

This guide once contained instructions about how to use the Zedge Android app to set up notification sound for Whatsapp: https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203442828 Unfortunately that has been removed from the page and I can't find it anymore. Anyway, download Zedge, look for "Jolla", under notifications pick "Jolla im-tone" and set it as IM tone from the Zedge app.
