power manager is in panic when display is off

At my Jolla C, when display is off power manager writes to log in endless loop. Is it normal?

If you watch live journal over wlan this is fully expected.

Short version: Kernel logs intent to suspend, which ends up to wlan, which cancels suspend, ...
