Exchange sync - no contacts photo, email S+ not usable, mail details truncated

i have photos in my company's Exchange account for most of my contacts. upon syncing to my jolla, those photos are gone.

1. when i receive a meeting request as an email, i cannot respond to it appropriately (i.e. cannot accept, reject, tentative). it appears as a regular email only.

2. sometimes i get emails that are sent to a large number of users. when i flick the screen to the left to view the details of who the email is from, who it has been sent to, the size of the mail, etc. the CC or TO field which has a large number of recipients doesn't display everything. in fact, the screen is not scrollable at all so that i cannot even see the size of the mail (this size information appears right at the bottom normally).
