After end of a call I'll put the phone back in my pocket. Often, the phone list will sense a 'tap' and trigger a unwanted call. Arrgh!! If only the caller list would expect: Double tap, or pulley menu, or a swipe! Then I'd be safer against those accidentally triggered calls. (as I am too lazy to lock)

This request is like asking the builder for your new house to make the entrance hallway difficult to walk through because you're too lazy to lock your door.

really? That's only another front door carpet I'd say. Now: tap on item on caller list to call him. Future tap once or tap twice or slide item on caller list. (just select your preferred behaviour in preferences)

i also think that your proposal just brings in inconsistencies. everywhere it is a tap on a list, not double tip.

maybe it helps if you install this patch:

https://openrepos.net/content/ancelad/patch-voice-call-combined-patch

you can the reduce hangup-animation duration with that and disable quick call from log

looks almost perfect, but I can't access it's settings. Tap on 'phone settings' in patchmanager takes me to it's info page. However disabling quick call from log seems a bit too much. I'd prefer to keep it - but a bit safer against accidental taps.

after ancelad's help to find voice call combined patches settings: Yes this is just what I was looking for!
