Hi,

I'm looking for a new Jolla, but then I've got a broken one with broken screen and working mainboard. Is it allowed to sell spare parts from a used Jolla? I'm asking this, because I'm wondering there almost no spare parts at all, and maybe this is prohibited by some license from Jolla Company?

ps: it'd be a commercial selling, because I'm a one-man-repair-company for Notebooks and Audio-Electronics.

Allowed?, of course it is. You paid for the hardware, the hardware is now broken. Sell it as a whole or in parts, the choice is yours.

The reason for spares unavailibility is simple; the device is so rare and out-of-stock since for years!

There is no profit to be made in 3rd party spares so there are no chinese cheap replacements even...

No, it is not prohibited to sell your Jolla phone to someone else, whether as whole or in parts. You buy it, you own it. You break it, you still own the pieces. In fact, please do sell the parts of your broken phone - you may actually do somebody a favour (as you rightly pointed out, spares for the Jolla 1 is very, very limited).
