[2.1.1.24] No connectivity after upgrade (TOHKBD) [answered]

I'm using the original Jolla phone.

After upgrading to 2.1.1.24 I got no SIM unlock prompt and seem to have no connectivity. No mobile, no wifi.

Also bluetooth control panel is empty, but curiously TOHKBD works.

How should I proceed to debug further?
