Update not possible - can't select system update. [duplicate]

I have a strange behaviour on my Jolla C. I'm on 2.1.1.23 and can't update to .24. It's shown in the notification screen, but when I tap it there, nothing happens. Accordingly, I can't tap on system update in settings. I've searched a lot of threads, but did not find this behaviour.
