At first everything worked, then after a while noticed that the SIM card did not work. I bought a new one, installed it, but I can not turn on the data transfer. I tried the SIM card of another operator, it does not work either. Enabled permission in roaming, also did not help. Because of this problem, I can not use the mobile Internet.

@dmitry_paps - welcome to TJC. We are an international community here on TJC, it is preferable to use English for posting questions and answers.

Also, before posting questions, please use the search box to see if someone has already posted the same question/similar problem to yours, if they have, don't make a new post, but vote up on the existing post and add your comments to that question. I haven't looked to see if your question is a duplicate.

same here, can no longer connect to mobile data, even though status bar says 3g/2g. ofono doesn't fix it. Jornalctl spits out this every few seconds: Aug 14 21:29:49 Sailfish ofonod[1147]: Activating context: 1 Aug 14 21:29:50 Sailfish invoker[4692]: invoker: Invoking execution: '/usr/bin/store-client' Aug 14 21:29:50 Sailfish ofonod[1147]: Unexpected data call status 65535 Aug 14 21:29:50 Sailfish connmand[1198]: [ofono] ERROR! I switched to a new SIM-card from Telenor (Norway), to prepare for Sony Xperia X (nano SIM). But then I lost the mobile data connection (2.1.1.24). I was able to send sms, mms and call, but mobile data icon was greyed out. Reboots didn't solve the problem.

My solution was to play with the data access point setup. (Settings -> Mobile Network -> Data access point)

Changed Authentication from Default -> None

Now, however, I am able to connect with any of the Authentication methods. So, it must have been an initial connection problem.

Always worth to look up if the name of the access point is correct. In addition one may try with protocol "IP" only first, [Settings|Mobile Network|Data Access Point| …] .

oFono Logger may help (the same thing that @ttommila referred to): https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115011240387-Fixing-the-settings-of-mobile-data

I had the same problem once after changing sim. An app (found in Jolla store) called "Ofono Log" helped. I can't exactly remember what it did but I think it cleaned some old stuff away from the phones memory. After a restart the data connection worked again.
