Regression 2.1.1 [Bluez 5]: bluetooth audio route not activated at first

Using headset sony MDR-1000X, on Jolla C and Xperia X

• step 1: on phone: bluetooth activated, device appaired
• step 2: headset turned on, then automatically connected to phone.

expected outcome: when playing music, audio is played in the headset

actual outcome: the music is played on the phone speakers

workaround: open 'parameters', select bluetooth, disconnect the device, reconnect the device.

EDIT: bug still present in 2.1.4

comment: used to work flawlessly before 2.1.1 so I guess this is related to Bluez 5. I tried to have the headset forgotten and re-appaired. But it did not change anything. It could very well be that (at least) one bluetooth profile is connected (which makes the system indicates that the device is connected) but not those that allows for music playing.
